There is a peculiar kind of business undertaken by artisans known as ‘electricians’ or ‘NEPA 2’ which will never succeed without the knowledge of power distribution companies, yet for obvious reasons, even those who patronise them would tell you they have never met them. Even so, many households and even whole communities that are underserved in the power distribution value chain, know that ignoring these men could leave them in total blackout, helpless and abandoned.
